You have the right to cancel your order within seven days of delivery. For a full refund, you must contact us within seven days and goods must be returned unopened and in re-saleable condition. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods. We cannot be liable for returned goods which are lost or damaged in transit. You will receive a cheque from us or a credit will appear on your credit or debit card via paypal, within thirty days of our receipt of the goods.

We aim to post items within 3 working days of receiving the completed order. Unless a separate arrangement has been made with yarnsmith, orders will be dispatched using Royal Mail first class post or Air Mail for overseas deliveries.

Occasionally, orders may be delayed if items are out of stock but we will notify by e-mail if this is the case.

Our postage and packing costs are based on weight and we use Royal Mail for our UK deliveries and Air Mail for deliveries abroad. If you require any further information please do not hesitate to contact us.
