Also new for the 2011 spring season is the wonderful "Angel" yarn from Debbie Bliss. A blend of Super Kid Mohair and Silk it is perfect for wraps, shawls and light summer jackets. With 200m per 25g ball it is excellent value and comes with super pattern support in the "Angel" book. A very verstile yarn knitting to 4 ply or double knit weight depending on needle size.

Having spent all that precious time creating your hand-knit garment or project - it makes absolute sense to look after it. Eucalan’s Eucalyptus No Rinse Delicate Wash is perfect for the job. First introduced in 1989, is scented using essential oil of eucalyptus. Eucalyptus oil is a natural moth and flea inhibitor, so use Eucalan Eucalyptus regularly on woolens and particularly before storing them for the season. The lanolin enriched formula helps to naturally condition fibres and keep static away. Good for your clothes and good for the planet, Eucalan is non-toxic, phosphate free, biodegradable and packaged in recyclable plastic bottles. 100mls is equal to approx 20 hand washes. (Eucalan can also be used to machine wash.)
